- Lift Into the Pose:Walk feet towards hands on bench, keeping hands planted. Lift hips higher for a straight body line.
- Adjustment and Alignment: In inverted position, ensure broad shoulder blades and open chest. Relax neck, gaze ceilingward.
- Hold the Pose: Hold pose for several breaths, gradually increasing duration as comfort grows.
