Refund, Returns & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation Period: Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it.

Refunds: Refunds for canceled orders will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase. If the cancellation request is made within the specified period, a full refund will be provided. Exceptions:
Orders that have already been processed and shipped cannot be canceled. In such cases, customers may initiate a return following our standard return policy.
Personalized or custom-made items may not be eligible for cancellation, depending on the stage of production or customization.

Return and Refund Policy:
Returns: We accept returns within 7 days of the purchase date.
Condition of Returned Items:
Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with no signs of damage or wear.
Original packaging and tags must be intact and included with the return.
Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days.
